Dan is an internationally recognised speaker and consultant whose leadership concept, Make or Break Execution: The Core of Success, has helped thousands of companies throughout the world. A recognised expert on business, Dan has appeared regularly on CNBC's "Squawk Box", Bloomberg and the Wall Street Journal to speak on CEO confidence and leadership. He was awarded Overseas Speaker of the Year by TEC Australia, the Fast Track Award by Vistage International and was named US Speaker of the Year by TEC Canada.

Dan has headed companies for some of the world's leading corporations as well as running smaller private companies. He was president and CEO of Constellation Brand’s wine company, president and CEO of Koala Springs International, head of Nestlé’s juice businesses in the US, president of Weyerhaeuser’s disposable diaper business, COO of Vistage International, president of Pillsbury’s Van De Kamp’s frozen food company and the youngest officer in Pillsbury’s history. He is currently owner and CEO of The Primavera Company, a small US-based real estate and natural gas company with operations in three states.

Dan earned his BS from the University of Nevada and his MBA from the University of Maryland. He serves on the boards of TrendSource, a leader in business intelligence; Ziegenfelder Company, the maker of Twin Pops ice-pops; and is the past-Chairman and member of the DRI Foundation Board (part of the Nevada System of Higher Education).
