Shaurav Sen is currently serving as Executive Director responsible for CEB Talent Measurement business in Southeast Asia. In addition to driving business growth in the region, he is closely involved with CEB’s best practices research working with business leaders and senior executives across the globe. As part of his role, he has led leadership briefing sessions with top management teams and company board members across the region on a wide range of topics including HR, Marketing, Finance, and Corporate Strategy.

Shaurav is an experienced conference speaker and has presented at multiple major events internationally on topics including:

• Six Myths of Global Leadership at the Human Capital Leadership Institute Summit in Singapore
• Building Global Leaders at NHRD HR Thought Leaders Conference in India
• Performance Management and Leadership in the New Work Environment at LINK 2014 Dubai
• Future of Communications and Implications for the Consumer at ITS World Congress in Berlin
• Maximising the Impact of Social Media Investments at INNOVATE 2011 in India

Prior to assuming his current regional role, he was CEB’s Country Head in India for seven years after serving as Senior Director in the IT Research Practice in Washington, DC. His professional experience also includes working at Unilever India, launching an internet startup and various management consulting assignments in the US and in India.

Shaurav holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from MCC India and received his Master of Science in Applied Economics from Wisconsin University, USA.

He is currently based in Singapore.
